Business Park Refinance triggered $245,000 cash Distributions to Houston Equity Partners Members who elected to reinvest 90% in the Round III .

Houston Equity Partners was pleased to communicate a cash distribution of $245,454.55 to all its members  due to the refinance of Westway, Pineway and Katy Business Parks, three out of the 5 assets in our current portfolio. The permanent loan was financed by major Wall Street Lender UBS. This is an important milestone that marks the completion of the Megacenter USA’s planned 2-year value-add effort which increased the three assets value ~33% upwards of the original acquisition cost basis entered at during 2017.
