Houston Equity Partners closes JV investment in Megacenter Memorial LLC

The property is a 184,000sf facility located in Beltway 8 and i-10, in the heart of the energy corridor in Houston TX. Formerly a National Oilwell Varco facility, the re-development plan is to renovate the facility into warehouse (95,987 sqft), office (21,110 sqft) and self storage (37,515 sqft). The 184,000 sqft facility sits on 10.83 acres of highway frontage.
