Houston Equity Partners invests in Megacenter Memorial

Houston Equity Partners is pleased to communicate that it has decided to joint venture in the project known as Megacenter Memorial located at 1530 West Sam houston Pky N, Houston Texas. 

The project is a redevelopment of a former NOV facility of approximately 186,000sf. The redevelopment will consist of converting the facility in a mixed use multitenant warehouse, self storage and office facility. The cash contribution provides Houston Equity Partners 5% of the equity contributed so far. ​
